Kristy combines her passion for art as a connective bridge and means for communication and self-expression with her passion for supporting Seniors. She expertly facilitates art groups in various Senior's focused environments designed to inspire confidence, courage and enjoyable exploration. She visits independently living seniors residences to Long Term Care and Alzheimer's Support settings.
Classes are accessible to all, and small class sizes ensure that participants feel well guided and comfortable in their creative exploration. These classes are not about learning a technique, but about using artistic expression to explore themes and emotions in ways that inspire a sense of well-being, acceptance, reflection, and self-confidence.
